Joepie

Joepie is a 16.2hh  85% Gelderlander and registered with the International Heavy Warmblood Association (IHW) the gelderlander is a heavy warmblood, which provided the foundation of the Dutch Warmblood. Joepie's sire, james Bont is a quality Tobiano (chestnut and white) stallion, who is the son of the well-performed KWPN stallion, Unitas. Also possessing this old style conformation, in 1981 received: train ability 9,5; character and temperament 10/10; trial at show 9.5. the well known Samber on his dam's side received a 10/10 for train ability and temperament in Holland at his stallion approval and competed very successfully through Grand Prix Dressage and at Z level in showjumping. Samber has been in the top 15 for producing dressage horses in Holland and in the top 100 for producing jumpers. Joepie's full brother James Bont Junior, impressed the jury who gave him a premium grading at Emmen's stallion approval for colts and as a 4 yeear old in 2008, was the dressage Champion in Class B at the KNHS Eastern Mendistrict Championships. Joepie's full siter, Moniek-Rose is a IHW premium and star graded mare. Joepie is a easy stallion to handle and is quick to learn. under saddle he is brave and bold into any fence, tough, yet elegant with good manners.
